LMC's Nutritionist

Take advantage of our Nutritionist on staff, Shelby Ballinger. At any time, you can request to sit down with Shelby and work out a diet plan to fit your needs. Shelby also provides classes and cooking demonstrations in a state of the art kitchen inside the Delta Wellness Center. Mobile Medical Clinic

The Mobile Medical Clinic brings our services right to your doorstep, providing convenient and quality medical care for the surrounding areas. The Mobile Medical Clinic is staffed with a Licensed Nurse and/or Nurse Practitioner, and includes all supplies needed to provide Wellness visits, Physicals, and Urgent care.

Delta Wellness Center

Join us in our wellness center! That's right! We have an amazing facility that includes a cardio and weight lifting area, Yoga/Zumba classes, an outside playground and walk track and a fully functional kitchen for our nutritional classes!

LMC Behavioral Health

Qwana Powell is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at LMC. Qwana received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Christian Brothers University and her master's in advanced practice mental health nursing from Walden University. Qwana has a total of twenty-three years of nursing experience and developed a passion for behavioral health nursing while working in underserved communities.
