The Leland Medical Clinic, Owned and operated by Delta Health Alliance since 2013, is the medical home for individuals and families throughout Bolivar, Sharkey, Sunflower, and Washington Counties and beyond. The Clinic provides clinical and behavioral health services for more than 2,400 patients.

Same-day appointments may be available from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM on select days, depending on provider availability. Please call the office to confirm availability and schedule.

• Our office is closed after 12:00 PM on Friday and on weekends. During these times, please utilize the after-hours option above.
